Designer working on an e-commerce layout at a large monitor

A store that loads fast and closes the sale.

MRYA LLC is a remote studio for Shopify and WordPress. Every engagement is scoped before it starts: one price, one deadline, one person answering you.

Our rule

One scope.
One price.One date.

No hourly billing and no open-ended retainers. Before you pay anything we send what we'd do, what it costs and the business day it lands. If we can't hit the date, we say so instead of taking the job.

How we think

Most stores don't lose the sale to design. They lose it to friction.

A theme that looks right in the demo and drags on a phone. A checkout that asks for the same thing twice. A product page with nowhere obvious to click. None of it shows up in a screenshot, and all of it shows up in the numbers.

We work on the part that moves those numbers: what loads, how fast it loads, and what the buyer has to do between wanting the thing and owning it. Everything below is written as a deliverable, never as hours.

What we do

Three places where a store is usually losing money.

Almost every engagement we take lands in one of these. Each has its own scope and its own price further down.

1
A phone showing a product grid on a workbench

Shopify, set up properly

Theme installed and customised to the brand, catalogue structured so people can find things, and payments, shipping and taxes configured once instead of patched every week. We hand it over with a real order placed and refunded, so you know the path works end to end.

2
A designer arranging a page layout on a monitor

WordPress that your team can run

Built on a clean install rather than a bloated multipurpose theme. Pages laid out mobile-first, the editor set up so your team changes copy without calling anyone, and security and backups configured from day one rather than after the first incident.

3
Performance metrics on a laptop screen

Speed and search, measured

We measure before and after, and we show you both. Images, fonts and scripts that block the first paint get fixed; leftover code from apps you removed gets deleted; titles, structure and redirects get cleaned so the pages can actually rank.

Process

Four steps, and you always know which one we're on.

Nothing starts before you've seen the scope in writing, and nothing touches your live store before you've approved it.

01

Scope

You send the URL, the goal and access. We reply with what we would do, what it costs and the date it lands — before any payment. If we think you don't need us, we say that instead.

02

Build

We work on a duplicated theme or a staging site, never on your live store. You get a link and can watch it take shape while we work.

+
03

Review

One review round is included in every engagement. You send the list, we apply it. Nothing goes live until you've said it can.

+
04

Handover

We publish, then send a written handover: what changed, where it lives and how to maintain it. The work is yours, with no lock-in to us.

Engagements

Six ways to work with us.

Each one is a fixed scope with a fixed price and a stated turnaround, delivered remotely — files, access and a written handover.

Tell us what the store needs to do.

Send the URL and the goal. We reply within one business day with the scope, the price and the date. No call required, no proposal deck, no chasing.
